Seems to me like Tom is hoping that everyone is going to forget the 'missing' shareholder assets. But I can tell you, the SEC will not be so forgiving, and neither will I.

Tom is liable to the shareholders, period. It is fraud to simply remove assets from public record without providing a detailed explanation regarding their accounting. That has not been done.

Tom's inability to act appropriately with legal action is highly suspicious, and that implicates Tom in this fiasco.

Fraud.
