So Tom is content to just stop referencing the bitcoin and the cash. Hmmm...that sounds very kind and forgiving to Bill and James. Tom has a fiduciary duty to the shareholders as he has signed off on the financials now for the past 2.5 years to recover any missing bitcoin or cash. He has failed to do so. Not only has he failed to do so, he has not shown any significant steps taken to recover said assets from previous management through legal means.

This is shareholder value. The assets belong to the company and to the shareholders. Tom HAS TO ACCOUNT FOR THEM now. He chose to take on the role of CEO and has played the part long enough to know better.

I don't buy all the excuses to try and make Tom look like he is a victim here.

The SEC won't accept such nonsense from Tom.
