I’ve had this on my watch list for months.
My low ball alerts have yet to go off, but E-trade shews No BID at Thursday’s close. Weird. They’ve been DOJ g this a lot.
Oh well, got me looking again.,
I wanted below 4 to even think about taking a starter, then buy down.

These shell guys are like people that buy totaled out cars to repaired and get back on the road with a salvage title.
I think the old float numbers is what had me looking at this one. I assume no company story is looking to get in this.
