OK FOLKS here's why I BELIEVE Tom had absolutely no idea what happened to company assets. Tom was NOT hired by Bill Schaefer:

1. Bill Schaefer was manager of CCTL COMPANY while Tom Pillsworth was running CCTL MINING DIVISION - each division was located in completely different parts of the country.

2. When Bill Schaefer "stepped down", the ONLY person left in a management position at the time would have been Tom Pillsworth. Therefore, he likely automatically assumed the CEO position without knowing the full situation of CCTL COMPANY in NV.

3. It is possible that George Sharp knew none of the terms for how Tom Pillsworth received his position. Sharp also likely had no correspondence with CCTL directly. Only a meeting with Schaefer who's an alleged liar and crook. His correspondence about CCTL was through Vic Devlaeminck, the attorney/counsel for Coin Citadel.

So why didn't Tom pursue Bill legally for the missing bitcoin? Simple. He would have had to REALIZE that they were STOLEN first. What I mean is there's no way he could have known Schaefer took off with the bitcoin. So, as he tried to assume the role and responsibility of CEO, he probably looked at the old 2015 financials, saw that the bitcoin was listed and assumed that they were there somewhere in hot wallets, cold wallets, etc. So, the most LOGICAL next step would have been to LOOK FOR IT. And that's EXACTLY what he tried to do. And yes, looking exhaustively for the bitcoin all while trying to run the ENTIRE COMPANY must have taken a LONG TIME.
