swami, all I can say is WOW, WOW, what a collection of facts pointing to a positive outcome. I would agree IF, IF this has anything to do with a positive outcome, obviously, this would not be a small payout such as three to five a share in my view.

Also, a very complicated arrangement that seems to spell BIG MONEY for ALL involved otherwise, this would make no sense. This has to do with ensuring everybody is paid off with other people's money without anyone having to take responsibility for anything adverse.
