I personally am not counting on this uplisting to be a huge catalyst.

For all the reasons I outlined in my post.. I see WDLF as a very exciting investment.

But imo A LOT depends (especially short term) on the general sentiment in the market - and in particular the OTC where WDLF trades)..

From where I sit.. the WDLF story could take months to fully play out (legislation, the MJlink IPO, additional info).. and we just don't know when the "market" will start anticipating these events..

So with my mindset - the potential for significant gains are real, but predicting when we will see huge volume and price increases at this point is very difficult.

IF the OTC markets were on fire like a couple months ago - imo we would be sitting above a nickel right now.

Look at TSN*, ENZ*, SFO*, MJL*, VPE* and on and on..

almost all the great OTC runners are down 30,40,50 percent or more..

WDLF has made its 1000 percent run (and more) and its held a lot of its gains..

the MJ sector has not even STARTED to heat up.. imo new Legislation will be HUGE.. and its all converging nicely into the MJlink IPO:)

I am very excited and confident about our management team:)..

which all adds up to me being very optimistic about this stock going forward - but not necessarily confident in predicting short term price.. (because the OTC market is too hard to predict short term, especially NOW:)

Bottom line.. I am looking more medium/long term.. and not counting on uplisting to do much (even though I hope I am wrong:)
