The Insider Financial article today contained some info on the float # and the OS: the float is technically 1 billion shares and the OS = 10 billion shares (a matter of interpretation what technically means).

So according to the article:

"So technically our float is approx 1 Billion... not 12".

The article also stated: "Independent geologists have said that management has been conservative with its estimates and you could be looking at a share price north of $10 for EEENF".

whats the float here? I cant find it.
