i think darpa gives them money..and gets shares....winning and msft and samsung and interwoven all are dod contractors......to develop the desired msft augmented reality ip....the arbitrary objects and framework need to be implemented with the sensors/data/duplexing of data/ai/analysis.wags.

i think darpa can make an investment which will advance dev op/intellectual property value of vcsy and contribute to paying for the biden administrations policy spending..........the usa needs to start making a return on investment...and i don't mean like the debacle of obama's solar panel investment......wags......this type of monetary outlay requires a financial return.....and in exchange protectio of the ip by the usa cyber security organizations...which also need vcsy to coordinate and empower the admin of the effort....with now solutions application of vcsy ips.......wags.
