Why would anyone buy a stock that:

[] Makes NO MONEY
[] Raises operating capital on the BACKS of shareholders
[] Has NO PROBLEM doing a R/S
[] Already has TOXIC funding set-up
[] @ 80% discount to the LOWEST POSSIBLE SHARE PRICE (with interest, etc.)

If "management" doesn't RESPECT shareholders enough to find more creative & less destructive financing than why should shareholders support them?

Makes no sense. They should offer the discounted shares TO SHAREHOLDERS in a rights offering instead! But they SELL OUT the shareholders & give bankers HUGE DISCOUNTS & then PUMP the unsuspecting into buying these FUTURE R/S shares that will WIPE SHAREHOLDERS OUT COMPLETELY!
