Maybe it's not all about the poster but the way moderators are handling it as well. Is Ihub training mods enough? I've seen the 'mod handbook' is listed, but haven't had time yet to read it... which could be a factor, maybe requiring people who start boards to read mod training or handbook and sign off somehow then operate their boards. I've just read 15 posts in a row that had nothing to do with the stock board and actually talked at length about other stocks in different sectors... since these posters were in the click... they are always okay to chat. As I've always have said... it's nearly impossible to categorize subjective comments and having headroom to allow fuzzy logic in deciphering a post seems to me a viable alternative....
