The hiring of Locust Walk, not once but twice, tells me that Leo did not plan to take B-OM to approval by himself. Imagine if someone hires you for a job and you fail after six months, then you get rewarded for another six months and you fail again. I wish my boss is as generous as Leo. =)

We can all speculate why Locust Walk was not able to find a partner for B-OM. Some said BPs are threatened by B's potential sales so they try to bankrupt IPIX. That contradicts your statement of "a LOT of BPs needing to refresh their drug lines", which I totally agree. If my free agent client is Michael Jordan I would not have trouble finding him a team at market value.

I see this question mainly for OM and CV as to possibly taking all the way to commerciality and for IBD I see to at least a P3 but most likely prior to the P3 (but after the P2 has successful results).
