I would think (hope? pray?) that the multiple calls meetings we have been told happened were used to clarify what the FDA wants/wanted in our submissions so as to submit something they can (can, not necessarily will) approve. Otherwise, what was the purpose of the call and why did we submit now? Because, my opinion, some sort of meeting of the minds is in place, at least in big principle. Enough agreement for us to submit a plan based on the negotiations AND lease a big property. Am I nuts? Quite possibly. Happy Easter, Passover, whatever you celebrate.
