Why would a tiny company like CCTL in a small city town with a share price less than a penny be so viciously attached day in and day out and tagged with the title of caveat emptor?

The answer lies in a meeting, on July 23, 2018, between Bill Schaefer and George Sharp.

George Sharp, a self proclaimed crusader who preys on small OTC penny stock companies, who he determines are currupt and against the best interest of their shareholders and having influence with the OTC Markets Group. He harasses and sues these companies in hope of settling for common shares and/or control of their board of directors.

Bill Schaefer was the CEO of CCTL and involved in several other small OTC penny stocks, mismanaging them for his personal gain.

At that meeting, Schaefer agreed to address the grievances that Sharp brought up and "After all updating processes have been completed, Mr Sharp has agreed to assist the company in identifying new assets to vend into it. Mr. Sharp will also assist in recruiting new officers and directors to the company."

From the end of that meeting until the end of 2018 Sharp determined that CCTL wasn't worth going after because Schaefer probably lied about 513 bitcoin he claimed and probably lied about other CCTL resources and thus didn't care about Schaefer passing the reins to a new CEO, Tom Pillsworth.

Now, fast forward to the end of 2020 and to the present. Cryptocurrencies have exploded with a bitcoin being worth over $50,000. CCTL has managed to weather the storm, stabilizing the company, acquiring new mining equipment and having a CEO with tremendous knowledge in cryptocurrencies, thus positioning itself to become a major player in the mining of cryptocurrencies.

Sharp now sees the potential and wants in as he sees great opportunity for him. He is not afraid of the company failing but afraid or the company succeeding, before he can get his hands into it.

So that's the story and answer to the question above. How will this story end? That will depend on the present shareholders and future investors exposing George Sharp's ambitions, putting pressure to remove the caveat emptor title and supporting CEO Tom Pillsworth desire to moved the company forward.

AIMO and Good Luck to all.
