Nah u can definitely short otcs with IB and Speed Trader. Just requires 2.50 a share in margin. So, in theory, only people shorting this would have insane leverage. For the normal retail, it's just not worth it/too risky.

Otcs that are dollars or higher priced, you 100% can if you can find the borrow.
