take same and extend to all sorts of para technical installations/wiring/motors/assembly//need to secure equip/computing/networking/software/etc. needed for infrastructure buildout. wags.
a darpa grant would be helpful.......like an akamai......it could be to sbv and vcsy......to dev op the ip....wags.
