Why low valuation & why is this company such a dog as a PLC?

maybe I haven't dug deep enough and just buy the dips and sell the rips over and over in almost a numb rinse repeat cycle.

I've been accumulating again in the $1.30 - $1.45 range. would love to hold for a couple years with the naive belief that one day this will be a $10+ stock.


Any thoughts?
