But they didn't have to do that in 2017 to get current. There was still a gap from when the deregistered and re-registered.

I'm no expert on regulatory filings but they managed to get current last time without filling in the gap period when they were not registered.

Either way, I'm not worried at all. I'm confident in the people involved and that they will do what is necessary to get back to current.
