All years meaning 14 years worth? That's not true.

GEGP was SEC & OTC current in 2017 after not filing since 2004. In 2004 they filed the Form 15-12G (same as in 2018) that removed the filing requirements. When they came back from being dark in Jan 2017 and filed the Form 10-12G to "re-register the securities", they did not have to file years 2004-2017 to be current again.

You are correct though, that they will need an atty letter for the OTC. Other than that it's just a few 10Qs and a 10K I believe and they'll be back to SEC & OTC current.
