As you know I’ve agreed to be ceased and desisted from any further defamatory comments on or offline about the company, it’s officers, directors and associates because the company believes that my comments may have affected the company’s overall performance, it’s pre split stock price, its post split stock price and my opinion(s) might influence others to opine similarly.

I find it hard to believe that a company will send someone a cease and desist letter for defaming a company, unless the comments were false defamation without proof or a link to back up them up.
