Completely disagree.

1.) I have heard from and spoken to Mark multiple times since august but he has shared nothing worth sharing or givin me an sort of insider advantage. However it is worth noting he is around and reading what is being said.

2.) You purchased an empty shell. Meaning there is nothing to it. No employees, no entities, nothing. You are not entitled to know what is going on with STHC as it is literally nothing. There are hopes and plans of it becoming something and those hopes and plans is why the empty shell currently has some sort of value.

3.) You mention "plans have changed" what plans have changed? There have been delays from the aug PR but IMO there has been no change of initial plans. Please show the change of plans.

4.) He made a PR in January speaking about AMECA Group and he said he would follow up. You are claiming he failed to do so when the websites are constantly being updated and AMECA Group tabs are in the works. Let them hammer out everything and get everything 100% together so they can have background to the PR.
