A recap of the latest situation...

So that last message a couple days ago had some good nuggets for those who have eternal positivity and time.

But what about the understated message in the last twitter message?

...We will decide when to release the filings? Stop bothering us?

Lets delve into some possible reasons for that undertone:

1) They really are being annoyed by the crazy shareholders while they are trying to enjoy their time off for their holiday.
2) The reason for the external consultant did not come up with the outcome they had hoped. This consultant most likely is being used to check work and give assurance to some sort of subjective "mark to market" value for a claim or investment.
2a. If #2 is the reason, they may be regrouping on timing and
figuring out how to pitch the news.

... The only way they will be giving a dividend is through the futures they bought in 2019. If they made a gain on that, they could distribute it, but the owners have been very selfish in the past so I'm hoping I'm wrong here.
