USRM: ANOTHER_LAWSUIT - Says $1 MILLION_IN "LEGAL_FEES_OWED" oh_gawd !

TWO YEARS SEC DELINQUENT - it can face SEC 10 DAY TRADING SUSPENSION w/ no further notice need be given = uh oh ?


I have a real, real good "guess" as to who unloaded approx 2 million shares of this dog today via "spoofing" that phony Bid (aka flashing on Bids via Level II) right into the dumb money crowd of sucker buyers :)

WHAT does USRM actually "do" as a "business" besides endlessly FILE and/or DEFEND LAWSUITS ??????

This one in MIAMI-DADE COURT and not the usual Broward County court !

This suit is FILED BY USRM and U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC to "try" and recover what they state in the lawsuit to be "Approx $1 MILLION we owe in legal fees to various law firms, and we want some insurance policy to pay it as we are broke" blah blah blah !!

THIS explains IMO the Yelp "U.S. Stem Cell Clinic CLOSED/OUT OF BUSINESS" IMO as they appear to have lost insurance coverage a looong time ago per this lawsuit they filed to now "try" and recover MASSIVE LEGAL BILLS for everything from the FDA/DOJ defense and appeal (Venable a massive law firm they owe a sh%t ton of money to and don't have it to pay apparently) to issues of ANOTHER "PREPARED LAWSUIT" for malpractice that was "going to be filed" by attorney Andrew Yaffa who successfully sued them for the THREE BLINDED LADIES PRIOR at which point their main insurance carrier DROPPED THEM LIKE A HOT ROCK !!

APPARENTLY USRM/U.S. Stem Cell Clinic harmed another patient at some point - and attorney Yaffa "gave notice" as required by FL law of ANOTHER impending malpractice lawsuit titled "The Brandt Draft Lawsuit by attorney Andrew Yaffa" at which point their ins carrier was DROPPING THEM AND NOTIFIED THEM THEY WOULD NOT DEFEND THIS NEW LAWSUIT !!!!

It's ANOTHER LENGTHY MASSIVE LAWSUIT and shows that USRM/U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC appear to be BROKE or "on the rocks" financial by everything in the lengthy complaint they filed - they use words such as "we are nearly unoperable due to the FDA actions and have incurred severe financial costs" blah blah (paraphrasing) -

I'm still reading this juicy lawsuit- another USRM HUMDINGER FOLKS - they must literally live in court LMAO !!!

Add that to them being SUED BY BRENDA LEONHARDT across town in Broward County Court for now well over $1.4 Ma MILLION LARGE and one wonders how this $269 a month rent-a-desk "company" (cough cough) and supposed "WORLD LEADER" per their website (LOL !!) is going survive and make it w/o a BK filing or similar ?????

NO WONDER USRM WENT "SEC DARK" and stopped filings to not have to disclose all this dirt and numerous lawsuits taking place !!!!
