COminer, I was just on the phone speaking to Dan and brought up to him what you said concerning Rick Rule and his comments on the Company.

Dan told me that Rick was out-of-touch when it came to his opinions on the Company from about two years ago to today. Dan said we currently have about 50M in the bank, the direction of the Company was clear, and he wasn't sure what Rule meant when he said we were marginal. I told him I wasn't sure if he meant our properties or our Management were marginal.

That got a good laugh out of Dan.

Maybe RR meant our share price in which case I would agree with him 100%.
In any case with friends like Rule, who needs enemies.
