Mr. Rinus Groeneveld has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since May of 2006. He has also served as the Corporate Secretary since December of 2005. As CFO and Secretary, he is responsible for financial reporting. Mr. Groeneveld is a South African Chartered Accountant. From 1994 to 1995 he was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where his primary function was the implementation of zero-based budgeting at various departments of the Gauteng Provincial government. He lectured on Accounting at VISTA University in 1996 and was Financial Manager at an engineering company from 1997 to 1998. From 1999 to 2005, he was a project manager at the Government Employees Pension Fund, the biggest pension fund in Africa with more than $60 billion in assets.


my remarks: "responsible for financial reporting" and as corporate secretary for IR/PR - looks like he has been fired or resigned since none of this is being done. sure wish these slugs would get their act together - they obviously don't care. I think there is still plenty of room for hope, but its scary when i start sounding like ecm.
