My takes...

Positive: R/S gets pps to level where they could uplist quickly. However, authorizing more shares as well doesn’t make sense to me if that’s the end game?

Negative: R/S to get pps up to then dilute the shit out of the company by adding more to OS. AS increase makes more sense to me in this scenario.
