Maybe they wanted to see how many shares were out there and maybe this was a quick way to get it done? Maybe they don't intend to and that is why they put it to a vote rather than just an executive decision? MAYBE it is a plan ....not a whim to get richer? Maybe he is smart enough and good enough to deserve that bonus he just got???? I really hope he is just playing out a scenario put into place to get the shares counted. They have to be smart enough to know that screwing over the little guy that goes to the movies and keeps them open is not a good plan. Right????
