They can't force it down or they would have, by forcing it down or means they have to short it down more with the hopes that retail would s ll lower and lower. Since no one is selling at .02 do you really think more shares would be for sale at say .01?

By all accounts more retail would buy shares at lower prices which would make shorts increasingly exposed and would need to cover lower then they sell. So I don't think that would be the case unless there is a larger portion of retail shares for sale
