Name change is not coming.

Name change is first executed as a corporate action in the host state of Florida.

Voycare no longer exists as a corporate entity. The NAME was changed back to North America Frac Sand in January 2021.

FINRA evidently would no allow the name change - this company has serious problems if FINRA refused the request.
