Let me ask you something, check on OTC markets.Com, ouststanding share of IMTL, 3.5 billion true, but float 287 million, the rest are basically in the hand of DTCC, which are not allowed to trade, so how come a stock with 287 mill shares float traded, over 15 billion shares the last month.
