That's not true at all. I can't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure the only filings needed are the January & April 2018 10Qs. There may be another 10Q as well after that, but definitely not 14 years of filings.

GEGP was OTC & SEC current June/July 2017, a few of us were around then. That is why I'm confident they'll get it done. All the leg work was years ago to get it back to current for the merger. Once the merger was announced they went dark in late 2018. Per the last filing from 6 months ago we should be hearing something soon.
