To answer your questions:

yes EAXR did two RSs (if i recall correctly 1-10 done by Moody then 1-25 done by the merged company) but with my cost basis is around $1 and some change so im up with a few thousand shares. In my opinion once they release the audited financials it will run. They are planning to uplist to NASDAQ
