TD AMERITRADE only sent me by US MAIL the Letter Referenced in the link below and CC’d The SEC & FINRA.



TD AMERITRADE Did NOT Send This letter to ALL FFGO Shareholders!!!

They ONLY Sent it to myself because I Filed a Criminal Complaint Against Them (TDA) with the SEC & FINRA for Removing My FFGO Shares illegally With No Permission.

NOT A PREM NOTICE!!!!!!!!!!!

NO FEES!!!!!!!

Just that and as per the Direction of the DTCC they requested TD AMERITRADE To Remove My FFGO Shares Specifically for a MANDATORY REORGANIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!

The SEC & FINRA Both Signed Off On it and Closed their Criminal Cases.

I Then Did my own DD and Found The DTCC Has Their Very Own Guidelines from 2020 Specifically Coincidentally All About MANDATORY REORGANIZATIONS!!!!!!!

Go Figure!!!!!

LASTLY THE ORIGINAL FFGO LIQUIDATING DIVIDEND SCENARIO:

Liquidation
The dismantling of a company with the distribution of cash to creditors first (bondholders). A new contra-CUSIP may be assigned to those holders whose original CUSIP was deleted upon receiving the initial distribution proceeds. That new contra-CUSIP will be used for any future disbursements.
