This FCCN deal with Aero pretty much dilutes the current "common" holders out of their percentage of ownership.
Under the terms of the definitive agreement, the Company can exchange up to 95% of its total capital stock for up to 100% of the total capital stock of Aero.

The total number of shares of stock which the Corporation has the authority to issue is 5,030,000,000 which consist of 5,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock, $.0001 par value per share and 30,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock, $.0001 par value per share.
