1986 The name was VENCOR, then changed the name and Company to PLAD in 2015, then changed the name and company to ELEV8 Brands VATE in 2016, and most recently changed the name to BLEG, Branded Legacy, but the company is still the same. I think they said something about Elev8 Brands and Elev8 Hemp being to close in names or something. So since 1987 this has changed names 3 times. One of which wasn't a new Company just new name. I hope this helps.
