Lets face it folks - this was a textbook off-shore faux reverse merger scam and more and more IMO a "shell hijack" by Kisa from Shetty and they took the front-load money off the initial P&D and ran and are in the TRNC neutral zone and will never be heard from again as far as the USA - this sham is OVER !
