Can PDUFA fees be reimbursed if guidelines missed?

It’s getting a little ridiculous as to how long it has taken to meet certain PDUFA dates.

The vast majority of the FDA is located in Maryland. I do not know where the people they use to inspect manufacturing facilities worldwide tend to be located.

As of today, Maryland allows anyone over the age of 55 to get a Covid vaccine.

People working at the FDA should be considered essential personnel, if they aren’t already, and I fully understand that the FDA has been massively busy with Covid related concerns.
