Webslinger, there was the shipment of silk that KBLB did to itself. That should count for some sort of proof, right? Oh, wait. There weren't even any pictures of that. Maybe we could get some from Ben? Man, I miss the old days when we actually got to see tangibles, like a roll of silk, the outside of a factory, or even just a clipboard being handed around.

In all seriousness, the most likely application of the 4 mill (in terms of positive interpretation) would be efforts in production. It is just unclear what that would entail. Could it be they're buying cocoon spinning machines (like this one:
) to speed up production? Or building some new factory? (Although the latter would pose a whole Pandora's box worth of new questions). One would hope if the company is truly interested in production, they would have spent the last year building up their silk worm population.

In terms of negative interpretation, I don't know what the motivation would be in taking out that debt, other than keeping a shell game going for personal reasons.

The R/S is still a negative point in my view. Now that they have the 4 mill, why not take it off the table for now? That would show a potential for production this year, moving the price organically. After all, I seem to remember the reason for the R/S in the first place was to get to NASDAQ so that "institutional investors" could poor money into KBLB so that they could have enough to mass produce.

Just a few thoughts.
