STUX token: Not sure why we call it NSAV's token and how Yuen will head it. They took 25% stake in some unknown SBDC. If it was NSAV's own project and giving up some shares here and there, that would make sense. If i take a 25% stake in your company or project, how much access you will provide me, when NSAV doesn't have any infrastructure or anything.

NSAV paid for 25% stake by pref. B shares and hands off until it is done by whoever that SBDC is, I don't see what NSAV is doing here.

These are all weird talks and proposition.
