A few quick observations...

Pre-market Green Energy looks quite positive.

We continue to stay above key support at .75 . Good sign.

Flat area at .88 should get penetrated soon to the upside.

SIRC must close above the 20 day EMA at @ 1.00 to say we have started a new uptrend.

Bullish long term!!
