$CZNI Reinstated at NVSOS this week. They are Pink but don't report true SS. They have no verified TA. True SS is suspected to be around 2b, all diluted in fairly recently. AS is almost completed used so an RS is a real possibility.

CEO Conrad Huss seems to have a lengthy list of fraud accusations following him from other tickers he was/is involved in. I added him to my shitlist.
