This is being held hostage for something that's happening behind the curtains. Otherwise all crappy sticks are moving up crazily during covid times without revenue whereas this is the peak of housing and zero percent rates and billion dollar earnings, and we are stuck at IPO price. Mgmt doesn't care about it otherwise they would be aggressively bitching about it. So they know what's holding it back. Could be the share structure of 95% Pvt profits with price increase and 5% to the street is a wrong set up.

I am also going to patiently wait and see what happens in 3 years. After all I am waiting for 8 years for GSE to clear the hurdles and raise, this is nothing compared to the FNMA FMCC saga. Can easily wait.. for 100$ days in 3-5 years..
