Someone can probably confirm via that prosepectus document posted in here the other day, but im quite sure there is a hold period on these RegA shares of at least 6 months.

Whoever is the buyer of the $6M+ worth of shares is not a flipper for .27 IMO, they are in this to win it. Could very well be rich friends of Rhetts and willing to throw, say, $3M, at his company and see if they can get a moonshot and turn that 3M into like 50M$ and help a friend IMO.
