It's entirely possible that BAT may in some fashion be incorporated with an existing payment system as part of the Brave browser.

Right now the Brave Browser consists of:
Privacy and malware blocking browser
BAT wallet
Brave ads for advertisers
Compensation to users for enabling ads
Tailcat privacy search engine coming soon

So it only makes sense that some form of online payment system may be incorporated into the growing list of functions offered by Brave.
