$RLLCF Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC is in talks with Spanish aerospace group Aciturri Aeronautica to sell ITP Aero, one of its largest subsidiaries, Sky News reports.

--Aciturri is plotting a 1.5 billion-pound ($2.06 billion) bid for the business, which makes aero engines and turbines, Sky News reports.

--Additional prospective bidders are likely to include buyout firms Carlyle and KKR, and Spanish aerospace group Aernnova, according to Sky News.
