Dated Feb 25th from IR because the TA is "GAGGED" by management but at least I recieved a quick response!

I've owned dozens of stocks over the years that shareholders had full access to the SS via the TA.

Following the offering, the share structure will be as follows, approximately:

OS: 10,889,809

Restricted: 7,715,394

Public Float: 3,174,415
