Clearly seeing RSHN being a part of GRPS at some point.....AGREE! Our current valuation is app. $7,000,000 with 800,000,000 shares outstanding (I think). How might we fit in a newly organized company that has signaled that the new company would have 85,000,000 shares as it runs @$5,000,000 per year in revenue with an EBITDA of 30%+?
Can we justify as high as 12,000,000-15,000,000 of that total? IS DeAngelo negotiating this for us?
