Got to love the OTC, of course they said expected as they cannot say with any certainty when it would get approved as they do not know and will not know until it happens, FINRA does not give them a time table and will not tell the company ahead of time that it is happening.

And not sure what you mean by "what they did", the only thing the company can do is submit the request and anything that FINRA requests.

Again, people clearly have never worked with FINRA or dealt with these type of things before.Even more so these days with FINRA over worked, under staffed with make shift work environment.

This is all a big nothing, people get overly focused on specific dates when they expect something to run.
