The Fed Gov is not going to assist PMCB in bringing an antiquated, chemo treatment concept from the 1990s through development.

Especially since there are multiple 2nd line pancreatic cancer treatments already available, with more treatments in clinical trials. Including cutting edge modern ones incorporating checkpoint inhibitors.
