You sound like a living example of a "singed" shareholder, longtime.
Anybody can say that this latest solar "fixation" is the best, but I've been through many similar promises. Promises including LOUs, LOIs, spin offs, mergers, dividends, etc etc etc..... Sadly 99% of them have never come true, or made me tons of money.....Most of them involved CEOs rubbing their hands together privately, saying "Now I've got those silly shareholders hoodwinked".....
I can at least say that all of them had some brief point at which I could have "bailed", for a tiny loss or gain.... That timely wisdom, is a tuffy....

JMO.
