with OR without names the FAXES Had NO legal standing. Unless the faxes were accompanied with a signed even notarized letter from the individual shareholder transfering voting rights for shares owned to a named control group or even a named spokesperson they were uesless to the SEC, court of law or otherwise in a legal context. The only use they could serve would be a baseless threat to Jim Dial to try and force information and change. If he did not comply all of these shareholders would vote him out and or join suit against him etc..., However I am sure Jim Dial laughed at the faxes, they had no legal importance, names scratched out or not, who could even prove they were not faked, I do laser invoices for a living, I could make you a statement that showed me owning 10 million shares and I bet you could not tell difference from a real one. The only use the faxes could have served is as an implied threat of a control group forming so he better make change or else. However if someone looking for shares to short, cover or trying to figure what was in float that could be shorted and covered those faxes could have served a very devious purpose, again I DO NOT believe they were but being they were useless faxes why take the chance. Jim Dial knows shareholders want him out and would vote him out first chance they got, however he used the faxes as an excuse to pledge himself super voting shares w/o so much as anyone even questioning him becuase he was protecting us from a control group so the faxes gave him the right to pledge himself shares and issue PR and meeting notice letting us know he gave himself these shares for that reason, same thing goes with the NS issue - JD is a snake IMO and he uses the banter on NS to hide things he is doing(dilluting) and he has a built in excuse for share price, again we know the truth but he has used the banter here and other places that NS is to blame for the share price... same with the faxes, he got super voting shares to defend agianst control group .... useless faxes backfired IMPO
